Can I book a private tour for my family or group?
Yes. Many experiences have a private option, and we also offer a Private Rome Highlights Tour with a local guide. Send an enquiry with your dates, group size, ages and interests, and we will suggest a plan and quote.
Which languages are tours available in?
English is available on almost every tour. Many also run in Italian, Spanish, French or German, and private tours can sometimes be arranged in other languages. The languages for each tour are listed on its page.
How far in advance should I enquire?
For busy periods such as Easter, May to June, September and the Christmas holidays, we suggest two to four weeks ahead for popular tours and longer for special-access options. For quieter months, a few days can be enough, but availability is never guaranteed.
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact us and we will help you with a data export or deletion request, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Operators should cancel their plan first.
Do I need to book in advance for the Colosseum and Vatican?
Yes, we strongly recommend it. Both use timed entry and often sell out days or weeks ahead, especially from spring to autumn and at weekends. Underground and arena access at the Colosseum, and early-access slots at the Vatican, are limited.
