Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class in Rome

Cooking in Rome is as much about technique as ingredients. In this hands-on class, a local chef shows you how to make two types of fresh pasta from flour and eggs, plus the classic tiramisu.
You start with a glass of wine and an introduction to the ingredients, then work in small groups to mix, roll and cut the pasta. You prepare two sauces and learn the tricks for getting the texture right. While the pasta rests, you assemble the tiramisu and chill it for dessert.
The class ends with a sit-down meal of everything you made, with wine. It is a relaxed and sociable way to spend an evening, and good for solo travellers. Check current details for dates when you enquire.
